1. Service
Snify is a free digital pet passport, AI symptom triage (informational only), nearby-clinics map and pet-owner community. Snify is not a veterinary service and does not replace professional veterinary advice. In an emergency call your vet or local emergency services.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
- No abuse, harassment, hate speech, animal cruelty content, spam or illegal content.
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape data or impersonate others.
- Community posts are moderated; we may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. AI triage disclaimer
The AI triage is orientative. Always confirm with a licensed veterinarian. Snify is not liable for clinical decisions made based on its output.
5. Plans & payments
Free and paid plans coexist. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from Settings. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
Service provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Pickman OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify material changes by email or in-app.
9. Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the user's country of residence in the EU.
